The Fund is an open ended Australian unit trust.
It is operated as a fund of hedge funds that invests in the Titan Eclipse Fund, which is a portfolio of leading global hedge fund managers that take into account environmental, social, governance (‘ESG’) and other sustainable development factors.
How do I make an application for units in the NWQ Titan Eclipse Fund?
The NWQ Titan Eclipse Fund is offered to Australian wholesale investors only.
To make an application, investors are required to download the Information Memorandum and Application Form under the “Download Forms” section above.
Alternatively, once the IM has been read, investors can fill in an online application by clicking the “Apply online” button above.
What are the fees and costs involved in an investment in the NWQ Titan Eclipse Fund?
All fees and costs are outlined in the Information Memorandum in the “Fees and Costs” section which commences on Page 18.
When are the NWQ Titan Eclipse Fund units valued?
The value of units in the NWQ Titan Eclipse Fund is calculated monthly.
Can I sell (redeem) my units in the NWQ Titan Eclipse Fund?
Yes. Please refer to the “Investing in the Fund” section of the Information Memorandum, which begins on Page 15.

What is the reporting timetable for investors in the NWQ Titan Eclipse Fund?
Regular reporting is via email, examples of which include:
- Confirmation of transactions made in the Fund (i.e. applications and redemptions) once they have been processed,
- Confirmation of monthly holding values once the month-end unit price has been finalised,
- Monthly performance report detailing the Fund’s performance,
- Tax statements are sent to unit holders as soon as possible after the end of each financial year.
In addition, the following will be available on NWQ’s website:
- Monthly unit pricing,
- Key service providers,
- Fund performance, and
- Updates to the Information Memorandum or Application Form.
Monthly reports and quarterly newsletters are also available on NWQ’s website, which provide additional detail the Fund’s performance and other key investment matters.
